Fat Bunny

I just updated the landing page of byputy.com which would lead to 4 links: this journal, my portfolio, B.yond W.rds, and my newest sidekick blog: Fat Bunny. This Fat Bunny is still under development. I would like it to be an illustrated blog with some comic strips, sarcasm, cute daily stuff, and some freebies like printables to download. I know right now I won’t have enough time to maintain everything after office hours and not sacrificing my life (you know, those time you want to do absolutely nothing except reading chicklit or watching romcom). Even so, I’d like to take more first steps in illustration. I’ve started on Instagram last year. I guess it’d be nice to try another way to expand :3 Some people might wonder why I need to create a new blog for illustrated posts instead of just posting them here. Another Attempt of Blog Rearrangement

The idea of having a comfortable working space with personal wifi at home in Bekasi somehow got me excited and wanting to be more productive; to write better, in quantity and quality. So last week I installed a new theme (still from Elma Studio) which actually looks just like the previous one. I’ve been trying to rearrange the menu, widgets, categories and tags. It sounds easy but it’s indeed tricky, especially when you have 745 posts (4081 comments until October 10, 2015) which are equal to 12 years of archive. The thing is, I’ve been through different eras of blogging (tag board era, cute pixel gifs and 88x31px banner on sidebar era, until now everything is responsive and retina ready, uh oh!) and life stages (staying-up-late-for-football-matches era, unstable-teenage-hood era, or OMG-I’M-SO-MUCH-AN-ESOTERIC-YET-BRILLIANT-FRESHMAN-IN-THIS-CAMPUS era) with various style of writing and random interests that changed from time to time. I had many categories and am about to create even more in the future, so I guess I need a neater categorization. I merged some categories, turned some into …
