Inspirasi dan Cerita dari Resonation 2017

Hari Sabtu lalu saya ikut sebuah women empowerment conference bertajuk Resonation 2017. Waktu membaca publikasi acara ini, saya langsung berminat ikutan dan beli pre-sale ticketnya walaupun jujur saja saya bahkan bukan fansnya #Girlboss (I gave 2 stars for the book). A Concise Chinese-English Dictionary for Lovers

The closer I get to the due date, the easier I’m to get exhausted by physical activities. I guess that is what additional 18 kilograms do (including the little baby weighing approximately 3.1 kgs!) I actually do walk and practice some labor poses everyday, for an hour or two, to start the morning. Well, due to the pregnancy, I’ve been reading quite more books in these 38 weeks than I usually read in an entire year. Thanks to Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Jakarta last May, I still have some stacks of book unread and for that, I created a special shelf on my Goodreads account called Big Bad Wolf Book Haul just to make sure that I read them :p So far, I’m happy with the books I bought there (and their pretty crazy prizes) and some …

Let’s Go Reading: Bukumu Duniamu (Your Book, Your World)

Last December I posted about my ‘little project’ of creating free downloadable printables for motivating people to read more. I’m so happy that some people really print them and use them :) Some tagged me on the photos. In case you want to download them, the links are on the post. So yes, as I have always believed, that a good action will attract other good ones :) One day in January, a girl from President University contacted me. She told me that she and her friends are making a campaign to gain awareness in reading books titled ‘Bukumu Duniamu’ (Your Book Your World), Gerakan 1000 Buku (1000 Books Movement). They have been collecting book donation (so glad that they give my printed bookmarks for those who donate books) since January 18 and they will make a little library in Desa Labansari, Cikarang Timur, West Java. They will also have some events including teaching, sharing session, coloring competition for children, and other activities this February. Here is the poster. I told them that I’d love …
