Detox Menyambut Ramadan

Sebetulnya saya sudah ingin menulis soal ini sejak minggu lalu. Namun berhubung ada project menarik (I’ll spill more about this another time, hihi) yang sedang saya kerjakan maka baru H-2 Ramadan ini sempat saya realisasikan. Alhamdulillah, Ramadan sudah hampir tiba. Sebagai umat Islam, saya sangat berharap bulan suci ini dapat menjadi penyejuk hati dan momen penyambung tali silaturahmi. Saya sendiri sudah memutuskan untuk nggak posting soal politik dan agama di media sosial. Keputusan ini saya ambil bukan karena saya takut menyuarakan ‘kebenaran’ atau menyatakan ‘keberpihakan’, namun karena saya meyakini kalau posting soal politik dan agama akan membawa mudarat yang lebih besar dibanding ‘stay calm’. Kerusakan tidak bisa dihilangkan dengan kerusakan. Oleh karena itu menjelang Ramadan saya akan menulis soal detox saja deh :p Well, sebetulnya masih nyambung sih karena berpuasa sendiri merupakan salah satu bentuk detoksifikasi tubuh yang alami. Tentunya dengan catatan kalau sahur dan berbuka puasanya dengan wajar, hehe. Nah, selain detoksifikasi tubuh, menjelang dan di saat Ramadan saya juga melakukan beberapa detoks lainnya. Personal Note on Being Religious and Being Kind

If we forget where we are headed and instead concentrate on the candle, what good is it?” Being on my mid 20’s in such chaotic world with infinite access of information, I must not be the only one who is questioning about religion. For God, I never had a single doubt about God although as I grow up, I, myself, keep learning that God doesn’t work the way I thought and was told at school. But religion? Does it make a human being kinder? Does it make Earth a better place? I know that more and more people are analyzing it and even more are dropping it.
